IMDB rating: 6.80 Plot: Having defeated the Joker, Batman now faces the Penguin – a warped and deformed individual who is intent on being accepted into Gotham society. Crooked businessman Max Schreck is coerced into helping him become Mayor of Gotham and they both attempt to expose Batman in a different light. Earlier however, Selina Kyle, Max’s secretary, is thrown from the top of a building and is transformed into Catwoman – a mysterious figure who has the same personality disorder as Batman. Batman must attempt to clear his name, all the time deciding just what must be done with the Catwoman. |

Where to Start with Comics (I've already read a few)?
I read and loved Watchmen about 2 years back and then saw the movie! (really liked that too 
) I loved watching Batman Returns and The Dark Knight, Iron Man, and others. I’ve started reading Fables and really like that. I’ve been collecting manga for years now (I’m now mid-way through highschool) and love the art and storytelling. (I’ve come to prefer titles that are geared to an older audience though, such as Pluto and Mushishi, because I’ve grown tired of badly told shonen/shojo titles) And I love 80’s entertainment so far; Akira, Gundam, Pluto; those hold a high attraction for me… The only issue I’ve ever had with american comics is the font! It can easily take away much of the action, because it’s not appealing to me. Maybe I’ll grow on it, though? Anyway, point is I just bought a 4-day pass to SDCC and I want to expand my american comic reading to make the most of SDCC and to expand more reading in the whole comics genre. I want to start reading at least a few more series and see where it takes me
You cant go wrong with X-Men. I know alot of people who like Spawn. I dunno if theyre making new ones. Im an old geek so I cant keep up with the new trends.
